Well Nic has tagged me so I thought I better do it , I have to list six weird things about me

1. My foot is a foot long ......;)

2. I cant wash the dishes without stacking them first into sections.....:(

3. I collect bottle caps from different beers...( for a friend though)

4. I'm addicted to poker

5. I can wiggle my ears....;)

6. I can lick the top of my nose ..........LOL



Well that's about it for me I bet there are a thousand more weird things about me but some are just to weird to mention .....LOL

Wednesday or is it Tuesday

Well today was a little better but I'm still getting over yesterday kind of anyway , Today I was stuck in the shop all day and where are all the people gone, I've never seen the place so quiet.

It was like a ghost town not many cars going past and none stopping, I did finally get a few customers in and took a few orders and made a few dollars but on a whole it is dead . Must be the drought, must be the fires, must be the rain, must be the heat who knows not me but I was told today that it is January whatever that means .

Anyway not much to say but at least I'm alive and by the way I didn't win poker last night , I gave it a good try but there was about eighty people there and I got down to about twenty-ish so I was happy in the end.

Grrrrrrr I Hate Mondays

Yeah I now its Tuesday but by god it feels like a Monday.

I cant do anything right today It all started this morning at 5.25am yep before even sunrise I had no car to get to work so I rode my bike I was halfway down the hill when I realized my tire was flatish but to late had to keep going , you know how much fun it is riding with a flat tyre grrrr..

Finally got to my truck twenty minutes later and you know I thought I was unfit, but I did alright it was the last hill that killed me anyway off to Traralgon to load all went well loaded off to Warragul to unload open the door the load had moved and out fell a towbar, ( insert load swear word here ) Now you might have at one stage walked behind a car and walked into the towball before so you kind of now the pain I was in grrrrrrr..

Limping of back to the truck, off to Korumburra to unload a couple of forty-four Gallon ( 208 litre ) drums . You think it would be easy back truck up unload with forklift off I go but noooooooo this guy doesn't have a fork lift he has a front end loader tractor, I said I don't think this is a good idea as we slid them off the truck and onto his loader the drum went straight through the pallet oh well told ya grrrrrrrrrrr....

So off I went now twenty minutes behind thanks farmer guy for that raced off down the road to Leongatha and quick pick up here and there and whoosh off to Wonthaggi I got a phone call from the big chief in Melbourne wanting to know if I had down a delivery or not and I told him I had and he then proceeded to say " Any chance you can get that there any earlier" . I had been flying everywhere trying to make up time but still not good enough Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

We just got the contract for Bayford which supplies all the westaway ford in south gippsland only one slight problem with that ,They all want there parts delivered by nine in the morning, ten the latest Now I do my best at the best of the time, but I cant be in three places at once especially when they are all so far apart once again Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.........

So I finished the run and then my phone went from my other boss wanting to know why I wasn't back by now , I wasn't far away so I got back changed trucks and went to do some look ats and they were fun , Why on earth do people store rubbish furniture in storage for years and want a million dollars for it when they decide to get rid of it , broken tables , wonky legs , ripped chairs , sorry but not interested and then they abuse me for stuffing them around Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.............


So I've finished for the day and now I'm at home with the kids in the peace and quiet of my home and my phone rings again, The other boss telling me he is getting rid of the fuel cards and changing to a new system of fuel allowance, We pay, keep log books and every month have to go in and claim it back , How much do I hate that idea

What a trip..

Aaaahhhh another week has started and it is as I thought nice and easy,
quiet day early finish no stress ( yet )....LOL...:)


So off to south gippsland today again well that is the run I do but today was weird, I don't know why but I did get a nice photo on the way around the Milky Way...




I know it was a little bit out of the way but to get a good shot one will go a bit out of the way , I did set the timer and get one of me waving over there......




Really can you tell its me be honest I think I had my pirate eye happening , oh well better luck next time .

Yeah i know boring as I am but my life is boring I drive trucks now.....;(

It's all over now.

Well all good things must come to an end , Yep my holidays are over, all gone , finitto, bye bye free world .

The first day back is always the worst I reckon , they always leave everything for me while I'm away unloading trucks, fixing things, re-arranging the shops , clean , dust etc etc, but I got it all done by lunch and spent the rest of the day just cruising around serving customers. I was told by a friend once when coming back from holidays always come back on a Thursday never Monday well I have been doing that for a while now and it rocks .....;)


Two days back then two days off again, well you have to ease back into work , just think if you came back on Monday by Tuesday your fried already wanting another holiday so next time try it and see for yourself...




Oh well what has been happening not a lot we did go off to Arthurs Seat it was windy , rainy but that is how I like it below thirty degrees and cold good reason for snuggling ;)





We had some interesting fun searching for somewhere to eat , there was no room for us anywhere I still reckon it was the weird face painted kids we both had with us ....LOL but we finaly found a restaurant that fed us all great day out I think .




So tomorrow is another day and I'm off fishing again once again I've been told to bring my water wings as we are heading into the river man I think I'm enjoying all this river walking to much as I cant wait , best be off as The Amazing Race is nearly finished and I'm getting excited to see who wins.
